Ollygrin was created out of a passion for food and coffee, and for the small kitchen appliances that make both better at home. Over time that passion settled on the part of the ritual most people overlook: the grinder. Beans can be fresh, the water right and the brewer expensive, yet an uneven grind will still pull bitterness and sourness into the same cup. So we build our range around burr grinding, the method that crushes beans to a consistent size, and we make it approachable for anyone who brews in their own kitchen.
Our grinders cover two burr styles. The conical models use 40 mm stainless steel conical burrs and a slow gear-reduction motor with 30 settings and a 2–12 cup selector, available with a classic rotary dial or an LED touch panel with a grinding timer. The flat-burr models range from a compact 14-setting grinder with a 7 oz hopper to a 64 mm all-metal grinder with 100 settings, a digital timer, silicone bellows and anti-static grinding for those who like to fine-tune espresso and pour-over.
For mornings that end in a latte, the Ollygrin semi-automatic espresso machine puts a 35-level grinder, a sealed bean hopper, a large removable water tank and a milk frothing pitcher into one cream-white countertop appliance. It takes whole beans or pre-ground coffee, and its hopper, drip tray and tank all lift out for cleaning. Across the range we keep the details practical: parts that come apart without fuss, cleaning brushes in the box, and clear specifications so you can choose the right model for how you actually brew.
